Vacuum runs but produces no suction at the floor head

Safety first: Turn off and remove the battery before inspecting the air path.

• Check connections: Ensure the wand is fully inserted into both the handle and floor head until it clicks.
• Inspect wand: Look for visible cracks or holes along the wand. Replace the wand if damaged.
• Verify dust bin latch: Make sure the dust bin is fully closed and latched. Open and close it firmly.
• Check seals: Inspect the rubber seals where the bin meets the motor housing. If a seal is missing or flattened, replace the dust bin or seal kit.
