Possible Causes
Fully discharged or dead battery, Faulty power switch, Broken internal power wiring, Blown fuse on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the charger and battery are genuine Proscenic components.
- Charge the battery: Place the battery on the charger for at least 30 minutes and check for charging indicators.
- Test with another battery (if available): If the vacuum works with a different battery, replace the original battery pack.
- Check power switch: Press the power button repeatedly to rule out a stuck contact. If the button feels loose or does not click, the switch or control board may be faulty.
- If still dead: Internal wiring, fuse, or main PCB failure is likely. Disassembly and board-level repair or replacement are required and should be done by a qualified technician.
