Possible Causes
Faulty motor tachometer sensor, Damaged main control PCB, Loose motor connector, Power MOSFET failure on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery pack before opening any covers.
- Check for obvious signs of damage around the motor housing (burnt smell, discoloration).
- Gently tap the side of the motor housing and test again; if the error changes or motor speed jumps, there may be a loose internal connection.
- Perform a system reset if supported (refer to the Roidmi manual for your model).
- If E10 persists, the fault is likely on the main control PCB or within the motor assembly. These parts are usually replaced as modules; contact a service center or replace the main body assembly if individual parts are not available.
