Possible Causes
HEPA filter clogged with fine dust, Pre-filter mesh blocked, Filter not seated correctly, Using non‑original filter with poor airflow
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery.
- Remove the dust bin and take out the HEPA/post-motor filter and any pre-filters.
- Tap filters gently against the inside of a trash can to remove loose dust. If the manual allows, rinse with cold water only and do not use detergents.
- Allow filters to air-dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling. Never use the vacuum with wet filters.
- Check that the filter seals are intact and that the filter is fully seated in its housing.
- If E12 persists with clean, dry filters, replace the HEPA filter cartridge with a genuine Roidmi part.
