Possible Causes
Battery left uncharged for months, BMS locked due to low cell voltage, Internal cell damage from deep discharge
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not attempt to jump-start or bypass the battery protection.
- Connect the vacuum or battery pack to the original Roidmi charger and leave it connected for at least 4–6 hours, even if no LEDs light initially.
- If the battery LEDs or display do not respond after several hours, disconnect the charger.
- Try a different wall outlet to rule out power issues.
- If E13 remains and the battery will not accept charge, the pack is likely permanently damaged. Replace the complete battery pack.
