Possible Causes
Damaged cable between floor head and main body, Faulty brush motor hall sensor, Loose connector in brush head, Water ingress into brush head electronics
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery.
- Disconnect the extension tube and floor head from the main body.
- Inspect the electrical contacts at both ends of the extension tube and on the floor head for bent pins, corrosion, or debris. Clean gently with a dry cloth.
- Reconnect firmly until you hear a click. Ensure there is no play in the connection.
- If the model has a mini motorized brush, test with that attachment. If E6 only occurs with one head, that head is likely faulty.
- If E6 persists with a specific head, replace the complete motorized floor brush assembly or mini motorized brush as applicable.
