Possible Causes
Worn trigger microswitch, Broken trigger lever, Loose internal wiring to main PCB, Contamination inside trigger mechanism
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery pack before any disassembly.
- Check that the trigger or power button is not physically stuck. Gently press and release several times.
- Inspect around the trigger for dust buildup or sticky residue; clean with a dry cloth or compressed air. Do not spray liquids into the trigger.
- Perform a reset if supported (often holding the power button for 10–15 seconds with battery installed, see user manual).
- If the trigger still does not register and E7 remains, the trigger switch assembly or main handle PCB may need replacement. This typically requires opening the handle housing and should be done by a qualified technician.
