Possible Causes
Blockage in extension tube, Blocked inlet at floor head, Dust bin or cyclone clogged, HEPA filter completely saturated
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery.
- Detach all accessories, including the extension tube and floor head.
- Look through the extension tube toward a light source; if you cannot see through clearly, use a broom handle or flexible rod to gently push out any blockage.
- Inspect the floor head inlet and side channels for clogs (paper, hairballs, pet toys). Remove obstructions by hand.
- Empty the dust bin and clean the cyclone and filters as per the user manual. Ensure the HEPA filter is completely dry before reinstalling.
- Reassemble and test suction with only the main body first. If suction is strong without attachments but weak with them, the blockage is in the tube or head; replace the extension tube or floor head if internal obstructions cannot be cleared.
