Vacuum does not charge when placed on the wall dock, but charges when the charger is connected directly (if supported).

Safety first: Unplug the charger from the wall before working on the dock.

• Inspect the metal contacts on the dock and on the vacuum handle for dirt or corrosion. Clean gently with a dry cloth.
• Ensure the charger plug is fully inserted into the dock's power jack.
• Test the charger directly with the vacuum (if your model allows direct plug-in). If direct charging works, the dock is faulty.
• Replace the wall charging dock if cleaning does not restore charging.
