How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the charger and outlets are in good condition.
- Connect the vacuum to the original charger and charge for at least 3–4 hours. Check if any LEDs light up.
- Try a different wall outlet. If possible, test the charger output with a multimeter or try a known-good charger of the correct type.
- If the battery shows charge but the vacuum does not respond, remove and reseat the battery to ensure good contact.
- If still dead, the issue may be the trigger switch or main control PCB. These require disassembly of the handle and should be serviced by a technician.
