Power Mode Control / High‑Power Current Limit
Cordless vacuum runs only on low power; higher power modes cannot be selected or drop back immediately.

Possible Causes
Faulty mode selector button, Weak battery unable to supply high current, Overheating protection limiting power, Firmware or PCB fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the battery is fully charged before testing power modes.
- Test after full charge: Charge the vacuum completely, then attempt to switch to higher power modes.
- Check mode button: Press the mode button repeatedly and observe if the indicator changes. If the button feels stuck or unresponsive, it may be faulty.
- Monitor temperature: If the vacuum has been used heavily, allow it to cool for 30 minutes and try again. Thermal limiting can restrict power.
- Assess battery health: If the vacuum immediately drops from turbo to normal and the battery is old, the pack may not support the required current. Replace the battery if runtime is also reduced.
- Service if controls fail: If the mode button does nothing even with a new battery, the control PCB may need replacement.
