Possible Causes

Shorted LED strip in motorised floorhead, Damaged wiring in wand, Faulty accessory power output on main PCB, Loose connector between wand and floorhead

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery.

Check connections:

  • Detach the wand and motorised floorhead. Inspect the electrical connectors at both ends of the wand for bent pins or damage.
  • Reconnect the wand and floorhead firmly until you hear or feel a click.
  • Refit the battery and test. If E10 returns and the LED still flickers, remove the floorhead and test the vacuum with a different powered accessory (if supplied). If the other accessory works, the floorhead LED circuit is likely faulty.
  • If no powered accessories work and E10 persists, the wand wiring or main PCB accessory output may be damaged and require replacement.

Warning: Do not attempt to re-solder or modify LED strips unless you are qualified; incorrect repair can cause overheating.
