Airflow Blockage / Suction Path Restriction
Cordless vacuum runs for a few seconds then shuts off with E2 on the display

Possible Causes
Blocked extension wand, Blocked floorhead inlet, Blocked cyclone assembly, Severely clogged pre-motor filter
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch off the vacuum and remove the battery pack if possible.
Clear the airflow path:
- Remove the dust bin from the main body. Empty it completely and tap gently to dislodge compacted dust.
- Detach the extension wand and motorised floorhead. Look through the wand; use a broom handle or flexible rod to push out any blockages (do not use sharp metal objects that could puncture the tube).
- Inspect the floorhead inlet and neck for blockages such as paper, hair clumps, or small toys. Remove any obstructions.
- Remove the cyclone assembly and check for clogs around the cyclone shroud and mesh. Rinse the cyclone mesh if the manual allows, then let it dry fully for at least 24 hours.
- Remove the pre-motor filter (usually a foam or fabric filter behind the dust bin). Tap it outside to remove dust, then wash with lukewarm water if the label says "washable". Allow to dry completely (24 hours) before refitting.
- Reassemble the vacuum and test. If E2 persists with clear airflow and clean filters, the airflow sensor or control PCB may be faulty.
Warning: Never operate the vacuum without filters installed; this can damage the motor and void warranty.
