Possible Causes
Blocked pressure sensor port, Disconnected sensor hose inside main body, Failed airflow sensor on control PCB, Moisture ingress into sensor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery.
Basic checks:
- Ensure all filters (pre-motor and post-motor) are clean and correctly seated. Misfitted filters can confuse airflow sensing.
- Inspect the cyclone shroud and mesh for fine dust buildup; clean thoroughly and allow to dry.
- Gently tap the main body to dislodge dust from internal passages (do not strike hard surfaces).
- If the vacuum has recently been used to pick up damp material, allow it to dry in a warm, dry room for 24 hours.
- If E7 persists, the internal airflow/pressure sensor or its tubing may be damaged. This typically requires disassembly of the main body and replacement of the sensor or main PCB by a technician.
Warning: Do not spray cleaning fluids into vents or the dust bin area; moisture can permanently damage internal sensors.
