Vacuum does not stand securely on the charging stand or wall mount; tends to fall

Safety first: Remove the vacuum from the stand and unplug the charger.

Stability fix:

• Check that the wall bracket or floor stand is installed according to the Russell Hobbs instructions, using appropriate fixings.
• Use a spirit level to ensure the bracket is straight.
• Inspect the locating tabs or hooks on the vacuum body for wear or damage; replace the bracket or main body cover if necessary.
• If the stand is bent or cracked, replace the charging stand assembly.

Warning: An unstable stand can cause the vacuum to fall and suffer further damage.
