Advertisements
Possible Causes
Loose battery latch, Worn battery contacts, Debris between battery and housing, Cracked battery casing
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off and remove the battery.
Secure connection:
- Inspect the battery latch mechanism and ensure it locks firmly when installed.
- Clean the battery contacts and mating contacts on the vacuum with a dry cloth.
- Check the battery casing for cracks or deformation; replace the battery if damaged.
- Reinstall the battery until it clicks securely and test. If noise persists and power cuts out intermittently, replace the battery pack.
Warning: Do not wedge objects around the battery to tighten the fit; this can stress the housing and contacts.
