Possible Causes
Completely failed battery pack, Faulty power switch, Open-circuit main PCB, Broken internal wiring from battery to PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the vacuum from the charger and detach the battery.
Diagnosis:
- Confirm the wall outlet and charger are working by testing with another device or using a different outlet.
- Check the charger indicator light. If it does not light when the battery is connected, the charger or battery may be faulty.
- If you have another compatible battery, test it in the vacuum. If the vacuum powers on with the second battery, replace the original battery pack.
- If no battery works and there are no lights or sounds, the power switch or main PCB is likely faulty. These components are usually not user-serviceable and require professional replacement.
Warning: Do not attempt to bypass the power switch or short battery terminals; this is dangerous and can cause fire.
