• Check bearings and gears: If the brush feels rough or seized, the bearings may be worn. Inspect any visible gears for missing or worn teeth.
• Reassemble and test: Refit the brush and cover, reinstall the battery, and test. If the brush stops again quickly with a red light, internal drive components may need replacement.

Persistent brush jam warnings after cleaning indicate worn bearings or damaged gears; replace the brush roll assembly or have the nozzle serviced.
