LED indicator shows a filter icon or flashes when the trigger is pulled; suction is weak.

Safety first: Remove the battery before servicing filters.

• Remove and inspect filters: Take out the pre-motor foam/fabric filter and the HEPA/post-motor filter. If they are heavily discolored or caked with dust, they need cleaning or replacement.
• Clean filters: Tap filters gently to remove loose dust. If labeled washable, rinse under cold water until clear. Do not use detergents. Allow to air-dry completely for at least 24 hours.
• Clean filter housing: Wipe inside the filter compartment and around any sensor ports with a dry cloth to remove fine dust.
• Check dust bin and cyclone: Empty the bin and rinse the cyclonic assembly if the manual allows. Ensure all parts are fully dry before reassembly.

After reinstalling clean or new filters, the filter warning should clear. If it persists, the filter sensor or control board may be faulty and require service.
