Vacuum leaves debris behind and does not pick up well from carpets or hard floors.

• Inspect brush bristles: If bristles are worn down or uneven, they may not agitate carpet effectively. Replace the brush roll.
• Check floor setting: Ensure any carpet/hard floor selector is set correctly for the surface.
• Clear nozzle: Look into the suction opening of the floor head and remove any obstructions.
• Inspect seals: Check the rubber strip or seal at the front/rear of the nozzle. Replace if torn or missing.

Restoring brush condition and nozzle airflow usually resolves poor pickup issues.
