Possible Causes
Debris stuck on brush roll, Warped or bent brush bar, Damaged motor fan, Loose floor nozzle or wand connection
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before working on the brush or nozzle.
- Clean brush roll: Remove the brush and clean off all debris, especially clumps of hair or string that can unbalance it.
- Check brush straightness: Roll the brush on a flat surface. If it wobbles, it may be warped and should be replaced.
- Secure connections: Ensure the wand and nozzle click firmly into place with no play.
- Test without nozzle: Run the handheld unit alone. If vibration persists, the motor fan may be damaged.
Severe vibration from the motor area indicates fan or bearing damage and requires motor replacement.
