How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Ensure the charger and vacuum are used indoors in a dry environment.

Perform a full charge:

Place the vacuum or battery on the Salter charger or dock.
Allow it to charge uninterrupted until the charger indicates full. This may take several hours if the battery was deeply discharged.

Check charger operation:

If the charger LED never changes or stays off, test another mains outlet or replace the charger.

If "CH" reappears immediately after a full charge, the battery pack may be failing and should be replaced.

Display shows "CH" and the vacuum will not run until placed on the charger.
