Display shows "Lo" and the vacuum will not start or stops immediately.

Safety first: Switch the vacuum OFF and remove the battery pack.

Charge the battery:

• Place the battery on the original Salter charger or dock and charge until the indicator shows full (typically several hours).
• Ensure the charger is plugged into a working mains outlet.

Check contacts and seating:

• Clean the battery and handle contacts with a dry cloth.
• Refit the battery firmly until it clicks.

If "Lo" appears immediately after a full charge and run time is very short, the battery cells are worn and the battery pack should be replaced.
