Possible Causes

Blown LED array, Broken LED wiring, Failed LED driver circuit in floorhead, Corroded connector pins

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the battery pack and detach the floorhead.

Check connectors:

  • Inspect the electrical connector between the wand and floorhead for corrosion or bent pins. Clean gently.

Inspect the floorhead:

  • If accessible, open the floorhead shell and check the LED wiring for breaks.

If the brushroll operates normally but LEDs remain off, the LED strip or driver circuit has failed. Replace the LED strip if available as a spare, or replace the complete motorised floorhead.
