Motorised floorhead brushroll does not spin, but suction is present at the nozzle.

Safety first: Remove the battery pack and detach the floorhead.

Mechanical checks:

• Open the floorhead cover and remove the brushroll.
• Clear all hair and debris from the brushroll and end caps.
• Check for a snapped belt or stripped gears if your model uses them.

Electrical checks:

• Inspect the wiring from the floorhead connector to the brushroll motor for breaks.
• If you have a multimeter and skills, check for voltage at the motor terminals when the vacuum is on (battery fitted, exercise caution).

If the brushroll motor does not receive power or is burnt out, replace the complete motorised floorhead or the internal motor module, depending on parts availability.
