Vacuum leaves lines of debris behind and does not pick up well from carpets.

Safety first: Remove the battery pack and detach the floorhead.

Inspect the brushroll:

• Check the bristles for wear; if they are very short or uneven, replace the brushroll.
• Ensure the brushroll spins freely when turned by hand.

Clean the floorhead:

• Remove any debris from the suction channel and around the brushroll housing.

Usage tips:

• Use the correct power mode for carpets and move the floorhead slowly to allow the brushroll to agitate fibres.

If performance remains poor with a new brushroll and clean floorhead, check for overall suction loss elsewhere in the system.
