Possible Causes
Worn or missing brush bristles, Brushroll not spinning at full speed, Incorrect floorhead height for carpet, Blocked floorhead air channels
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery pack and detach the floorhead.
Inspect the brushroll:
- Check the bristles for wear; if they are very short or uneven, replace the brushroll.
- Ensure the brushroll spins freely when turned by hand.
Clean the floorhead:
- Remove any debris from the suction channel and around the brushroll housing.
Usage tips:
- Use the correct power mode for carpets and move the floorhead slowly to allow the brushroll to agitate fibres.
If performance remains poor with a new brushroll and clean floorhead, check for overall suction loss elsewhere in the system.
