Possible Causes
Clogged pre‑motor filter, Blocked cyclone shroud, Obstruction in extension wand or floorhead, Air leak from damaged seals or cracked dust bin
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery pack before clearing blockages or cleaning filters.
Clear blockages:
- Detach the floorhead and wand. Look through the wand and remove any obstructions with a flexible rod.
- Inspect the floorhead inlet and brushroll area for blockages and clear debris.
Clean bin and filters:
- Empty the dust bin and clean the cyclone shroud with a soft brush.
- Remove and clean the pre‑motor and HEPA filters as per the manual. Ensure they are completely dry before refitting.
Check for air leaks:
- Inspect the dust bin, seals, and gaskets for cracks or damage. Replace any damaged seals or the bin assembly.
Reassemble and test suction. If suction remains weak with clean filters and no leaks, the motor may be worn and require replacement.
