Possible Causes

Loose battery contacts, Worn battery latch, Broken internal wiring harness, Cracked solder joints on PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the battery pack before inspection.

Check external connections:

  • Inspect the battery latch and ensure the pack is held firmly with no movement.
  • Clean the battery and handle contacts with a dry cloth.

Test for movement sensitivity:

  • With the battery fitted, gently tap the handle and move the vacuum while running to see if it cuts out.

If power cuts out with movement, an internal connection or PCB joint is likely loose. Disassembly is required to inspect and resolder joints or replace the wiring harness, which is best done by a technician.
