Vacuum will not charge when placed on the wall mount or docking station, but charges when plugged directly into the battery (if applicable).

Safety first: Unplug the dock from the mains before inspection.

Inspect the dock:

• Check that the dock is securely mounted and not flexing away from the vacuum contacts.
• Clean the metal contacts on the dock and vacuum with a dry cloth.

Check power:

• Verify that the dock's power adapter is plugged in and the outlet is live.

If the vacuum charges directly but not via the dock, the dock's internal PCB or wiring is faulty. Replace the wall mount/docking station assembly.
