Possible Causes
Hair wrapped around brush ends, Worn brush bearings, Stripped drive gear in brush head, Failed brush motor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floor head.
- Remove and clean brush roll: Unlock the end cap and pull out the roller. Cut away hair and debris from the roller and end caps.
- Check rotation: Spin the roller by hand. If stiff, replace the brush roll assembly.
- Inspect drive mechanism: Look inside the head for broken gears or debris around the motor spindle.
- Test with another head: If another motorized head works, replace the faulty head.
- If no powered heads work: The main body may not be supplying power to the head; main PCB or wand wiring may need service.
