Possible Causes
Battery not fully seated in handle, Dirty or oxidized battery terminals, Defective battery pack BMS (battery management system), Faulty main PCB battery connector
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the vacuum OFF and remove the battery before any inspection. Do not short battery terminals.
- Reseat the battery: Remove the battery pack from the handle, inspect the rails and latch, then firmly reinstall until you hear a click.
- Clean contacts: Use a dry cloth or a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol to clean the gold battery terminals on both the battery and the handle. Let them dry fully.
- Test with another outlet/charger: Fully charge the battery with the original Samsung charger, then try again.
- Try a second battery (if available): If another compatible Samsung battery works, the original pack’s BMS is likely faulty and the battery should be replaced.
- If C01 persists with multiple batteries: The main PCB or battery connector in the handle may be defective. At this point, contact a Samsung service center for diagnosis and possible handle/PCB replacement.
