Possible Causes

Loose connection between charging stand and wall adapter, Dirty charging contacts on stand or battery, Faulty charging stand PCB, Damaged power adapter

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the charger from the wall before cleaning contacts.

  • Verify power: Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm it has power. Try a different outlet if needed.
  • Check adapter and cable: Inspect the Samsung power adapter for damage, kinks, or burn marks. Replace if damaged.
  • Clean charging contacts: Use a dry cloth or cotton swab with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol to clean the metal contacts on the charging stand and on the battery/handle. Allow to dry completely.
  • Reseat the vacuum: Place the vacuum firmly on the stand until you feel it lock into place and the contacts align.
  • Test direct charging (if model supports it): Some Samsung cordless vacuums allow direct plug-in charging to the battery. If direct charging works but the stand does not, the stand PCB is likely faulty and should be replaced.
  • If C03 remains: Replace the charging stand assembly or contact Samsung service for further testing.
