Possible Causes
Blocked airflow path, Dirty or saturated fine dust filter, Faulty airflow sensor on main PCB, Air leak in dustbin or seals
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Power OFF and remove the battery before disassembly.
- Inspect and clean filters: Remove the fine dust filter and HEPA filter. Clean according to the user manual. Ensure they are completely dry before reinstalling.
- Check dustbin seals: Inspect the rubber gasket around the dustbin and cyclone assembly. Make sure the bin is fully latched and no cracks are present.
- Look for air leaks: Listen for whistling sounds around the dustbin and wand joints when running. Reseat connections firmly.
- Test without wand and tools: Run the vacuum with only the main body and dustbin. If C05 disappears, the issue is in the wand or attachment.
- If C05 persists with clear airflow and good seals: The airflow sensor or main PCB may be faulty. Professional diagnosis and PCB replacement may be required.
