Possible Causes
Partially blocked cyclone assembly, Severely clogged HEPA filter, Failing motor drawing excess current, Faulty power mode control on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning or inspection.
- Deep clean cyclone and filters: Disassemble the cyclone assembly per the manual. Tap out dust and rinse washable parts with water if allowed. Clean or replace the HEPA filter if heavily soiled.
- Check for hidden clogs: Look inside the cyclone inlets and outlet ports for compacted dust.
- Test on low and medium: After reassembly, test the vacuum on lower modes. If it works fine but fails only on max, the motor may be near its limit.
- Try with a fully charged battery: Low battery voltage can trigger overcurrent protection in high mode. Fully charge and retest.
- If C07 persists on high with clean airflow and full battery: The motor or main PCB current sensing circuit may be defective. Professional service is recommended.
