• Check battery age: If the battery is several years old or has many cycles, it may overheat more easily and should be replaced.
• If C08 appears even with a cool battery and clean airflow: The battery’s temperature sensor or BMS may be faulty. Replace the battery pack with a genuine Samsung unit.
