How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and do not use the vacuum if there are signs of liquid damage.
- Inspect for moisture: Check around the handle and buttons for signs of liquid spills or condensation. If wet, allow the unit to dry in a warm, dry place for 24–48 hours (battery removed).
- Check for physical damage: Look for cracked or stuck buttons. Gently press each button multiple times to free any sticking.
- Reseat connections (advanced users): If comfortable and out of warranty, carefully open the handle housing to check the ribbon cable connection between the button PCB and main PCB. Reseat if loose.
- If C09 persists: The handle control PCB is likely defective and should be replaced as an assembly by a qualified technician.
