Vacuum shows C12 and shuts off when using motorized accessories (mini brush, pet tool).

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the accessory before working on it.

• Clean the accessory: Remove the roller from the mini motorized tool. Cut away hair and debris from the roller and end caps.
• Check roller movement: Ensure the roller spins freely by hand. If stiff or seized, replace the roller assembly.
• Test without accessory: Run the vacuum with no powered accessory attached. If it runs normally, the issue is isolated to the accessory.
• Try another powered tool: If another motorized tool works fine, replace the faulty accessory.
• If C12 appears with all powered tools: The accessory power output on the main PCB may be faulty. Professional diagnosis is required.
