Possible Causes
Dust sensor window blocked, Sensor connector loose, Faulty dust sensor module, Main PCB sensor input failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning internal sensors.
- Locate dust sensor: On many Samsung cordless vacuums, the dust sensor is near the cyclone or air path with a small clear window.
- Clean sensor window: Use a soft, dry brush or compressed air to gently remove dust from the sensor opening. Do not use liquids directly on the sensor.
- Reassemble and test: Run the vacuum in auto mode and observe if behavior normalizes.
- If C17 persists: The dust sensor module or its wiring may be faulty. Replacement of the sensor or main PCB is required by a technician.
