Vacuum does not charge when plugged directly into the battery (no stand).

Safety first: Unplug the charger before inspecting the port.

• Check adapter: Verify you are using the correct Samsung adapter and that its indicator light (if present) is on.
• Inspect port: Look inside the battery’s DC jack for bent pins or debris. Gently remove any dust with a dry brush.
• Test with stand (if available): If the battery charges on the stand but not via direct plug, the DC jack is faulty and the battery should be replaced.
• If battery will not charge by any method: Replace the battery pack or have it tested by a service center.
