Possible Causes
Clogged pre-motor filter, Blocked cyclone assembly, Dustbin overfilled, Clogged extension wand or floor head neck
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before cleaning.
- Empty dustbin: Remove and fully empty the bin. Tap gently to remove compacted dust.
- Clean filters: Remove pre-motor and HEPA filters. Tap off dust and rinse washable filters with lukewarm water if allowed. Dry completely (24 hours) before reinstalling.
- Check for clogs: Detach the wand and look through it toward a light source. Use a flexible rod to push out any blockage. Inspect the floor head neck and dustbin inlet as well.
- Inspect seals: Ensure the dustbin is properly seated and all latches are closed to prevent air leaks.
- Retest suction: Reassemble and test on different power modes. If suction is still weak, the cyclone assembly or motor may be partially blocked and require deeper cleaning or service.
