Vacuum displays E10 and the LED lights on the floor nozzle flicker or do not work, while suction may still be present.

Safety: Remove the battery before inspecting electrical connectors on the wand or nozzle.

• 1. Inspect wand contacts: Look at both ends of the wand for bent or recessed metal contacts. Straighten gently if slightly bent.
• 2. Check nozzle connector: Remove the floor nozzle and inspect the connector for damage or debris. Clean with a dry brush.
• 3. Test with another accessory: If you have another powered accessory (e.g., mini motorized brush), connect it to the wand. If it works, the floor nozzle is likely faulty. If it does not, the wand wiring may be damaged.
• 4. Flex test: With the vacuum off and battery removed, gently flex the wand while listening for loose parts inside. A rattling sound may indicate a broken wire.
• 5. Replace faulty component: Replace the wand if the internal harness is open or shorted. Replace the floor nozzle if its LED PCB or internal wiring is damaged.

Do not attempt to repair the internal wiring of the wand or LED PCB; replacement is more reliable and safer.
