How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the charger before cleaning contacts.
- 1. Clean contacts: Wipe the metal contacts on both charger and battery with a dry cloth.
- 2. Try another outlet: Plug the charger into a different wall socket.
- 3. Monitor temperature: If the battery becomes very hot while charging, disconnect immediately.
- 4. Test with another battery/charger: If available, swap components to determine whether the battery or charger is faulty.
