Possible Causes

Faulty Bluetooth module on main PCB, Software glitch, Interference from other devices, Disabled wireless function in settings

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Wireless issues do not usually involve high voltages, but always remove the battery before opening the housing.

  • 1. Restart the vacuum: Remove the battery for 1–2 minutes, then reinsert and power on.
  • 2. Reset wireless settings: On models with a display, navigate to settings and select the wireless reset option (refer to your manual for the exact steps).
  • 3. Move closer: Ensure your phone is within a few meters of the vacuum and that Bluetooth is enabled.
  • 4. Forget and re-pair: In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, forget the SilverCrest vacuum, then search and pair again via the official app.

If E15 persists and wireless features are critical, the main PCB may need replacement. The vacuum can usually still be used manually without wireless connectivity.
