Floor nozzle LEDs work but brushroll does not spin

Possible Causes

Failed brush motor, Broken drive belt (if belt-driven), Disconnected wiring inside nozzle, Faulty nozzle PCB

Safety: Remove the battery and detach the floor nozzle.

1. Check for jams: Remove the brushroll and clear any debris. Reinstall and test.
2. Listen for motor: With the nozzle attached and vacuum running, listen closely. If you hear the motor humming but the brush does not turn, the belt may be broken or slipping.
3. Inspect belt (if applicable): Open the belt cover and replace a broken or stretched belt with a compatible SilverCrest belt.

If the brush motor is silent and LEDs still work, the motor or nozzle PCB likely needs replacement.
