Possible Causes
Failed brush motor, Broken drive belt (if belt-driven), Disconnected wiring inside nozzle, Faulty nozzle PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery and detach the floor nozzle.
- 1. Check for jams: Remove the brushroll and clear any debris. Reinstall and test.
- 2. Listen for motor: With the nozzle attached and vacuum running, listen closely. If you hear the motor humming but the brush does not turn, the belt may be broken or slipping.
- 3. Inspect belt (if applicable): Open the belt cover and replace a broken or stretched belt with a compatible SilverCrest belt.
If the brush motor is silent and LEDs still work, the motor or nozzle PCB likely needs replacement.
