Possible Causes

Internal tilt sensor stuck, Impact causing misalignment of safety switch, Loose internal connector to safety sensor, Firmware misreading sensor state

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the battery before shaking or tapping the unit.

  • 1. Place on flat surface: Set the vacuum upright on a level floor and leave it for 1–2 minutes, then try powering on.
  • 2. Gentle tap: With the battery removed, gently tap the side of the main body to free a stuck tilt sensor ball (if used in your model).
  • 3. Soft reset: Reinsert the battery and hold the power button for 10–15 seconds to reset the control board.

If C1 persists: The internal tilt/safety sensor or its wiring may be damaged and should be inspected and replaced by a technician.
