Vacuum runs for a very short time (1–3 minutes) on a full charge before the battery is empty.

Safety first: Use only original TCL batteries and chargers. Do not open the battery pack.

• 1. Confirm charge: Fully charge the battery until the indicator shows 100%.
• 2. Test in ECO mode: Run the vacuum in the lowest power mode and time the runtime. If it is still very short, the battery is worn out.
• 3. Check for heat: If the battery becomes hot quickly, internal resistance is high and the pack should be replaced.
