Possible Causes
Uneven hair wrapped around brush roll, Bent brush roll shaft, Debris stuck in one side of floor head, Worn brush roll bearings on TCL head
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF and remove the battery before working on the floor head.
- 1. Remove brush roll: Open the floor head and take out the brush roll.
- 2. Clean thoroughly: Remove all hair and debris from the brush and end caps.
- 3. Check straightness: Roll the brush on a flat surface. If it wobbles, it may be bent and should be replaced.
- 4. Inspect bearings: Ensure both ends spin smoothly. Replace the brush roll if bearings are rough or noisy.
Outcome: A clean, straight brush roll with good bearings will greatly reduce vibration.
