Tineco
Battery Capacity Degradation
Battery runtime is significantly shorter than specified, even on low power.

Possible Causes
Natural aging of lithium-ion cells, Frequent use on MAX mode, Storing battery fully discharged, Exposure to high temperatures
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not open or puncture the battery pack.
- Calibrate battery (if applicable): Fully charge the battery, then run the vacuum until it shuts off. Recharge fully again. This can help recalibrate the indicator but will not restore lost capacity.
- Reduce load: Use ECO/normal mode when possible and keep filters clean to reduce current draw.
- Check age: If the battery is more than 2–3 years old or has hundreds of cycles, reduced runtime is expected. Replace with a genuine Tineco battery.
- Proper storage: Store spare batteries at about 40–60% charge in a cool, dry place.
