Possible Causes
Clogged main air duct in wand, Blocked inlet at floor head or main body, Dust bin overfilled or filter completely blocked, Foreign object lodged in cyclone assembly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the vacuum OFF and remove the battery pack if possible. Do not insert fingers into powered openings.
- Empty the dust bin: Remove the dust container and empty it completely. Tap gently to loosen compacted debris.
- Check the cyclone and inlet: Inspect the cyclone assembly and the inlet port where debris enters the bin. Remove any visible clumps or objects.
- Inspect the wand: Detach the wand from both the main body and the floor head. Look through the tube against a light source. Use a flexible rod or broom handle (not sharp) to push out any blockage.
- Check the floor head: Remove the brush head and inspect the suction channel behind the brush roller. Clear any debris, pet hair, or large particles.
- Clean filters: Remove the pre-filter and HEPA/post-motor filter (if accessible). Tap them gently outdoors to remove dust. If washable, rinse with cold water only and allow to dry completely (at least 24 hours) before reinstalling.
- Reassemble and test: Once all parts are dry and reinstalled, power on the vacuum. If E2 persists with clear airflow, the internal pressure sensor or motor assembly may be faulty and require professional service.
