Tineco Floor Head Air Path Blockage

Vacuum loses suction only when the floor head is attached; suction at the wand end is strong.

Possible Causes

Debris lodged in floor head suction channel, Clogged brush housing, Damaged or missing floor head seal, Internal obstruction near brush motor

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery.

Remove brush roller: Take out the roller and inspect the suction channel behind it.
Clear obstructions: Remove any hair, paper, or objects blocking the air path.
Inspect seals: Check the rubber seal where the floor head meets the floor and wand. Replace if damaged.
Test again: Reassemble and test suction. If still weak only with this head, replace the floor head.
