How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery.
- Remove brush roller: Take out the roller and inspect the suction channel behind it.
- Clear obstructions: Remove any hair, paper, or objects blocking the air path.
- Inspect seals: Check the rubber seal where the floor head meets the floor and wand. Replace if damaged.
- Test again: Reassemble and test suction. If still weak only with this head, replace the floor head.
